Chelsea Kent has spent more than two decades reshaping how we think about pet nutrition, regulation, and the systems behind the food we trust. As the co-founder and formulator of Solutions Pet Products and the founder of Hero’s Pets, Chelsea blends deep industry knowledge with a commitment to transparency, education, and nature-aligned nutrition. Her work sits at the intersection of science, advocacy, and ethics—always guided by a single principle: when we honor biological systems, every being thrives.
Chelsea began her journey in 2001, managing natural pet stores and working directly within the supply chain as a holistic pet product distributor representative. This ground-up experience shaped her no-nonsense understanding of what really happens between the farm, the factory, and the retail floor.
In 2007, she co-opened Hero’s Pets, a holistic pet supply store that quickly became a national education hub. Then in 2021, she co-founded Solutions Pet Products—a fermented, truly raw, herb-supported line formulated entirely by Chelsea. Every product reflects decades of hands-on formulation experience, consumer feedback, veterinary collaboration, and research-driven refinement.

Beyond formulation, Chelsea is a respected researcher, author, and educator.
